Team owners, administrators, and template designers can upload fonts to Brand Kits to help members create designs that are on-brand.

This is available to Canva ProCanva for EnterpriseCanva for Education and Canva for Nonprofits users.

Only upload fonts that you’re licensed to use. See section 4.2 of our Terms of Use for more details.

Here’s how:

  1. Click your account icon or photo from the top corner of the homepage to see if you’re in the correct team. If not, click on the team name under Switch teams.
  2. From the homepage, click Brand Kit from the side panel. For Canva for Enterprise users, click your company name from the side panel first, and click the Brand Kits tab.
  3. If you have multiple Brand Kits (for Canva for Enterprise users), select which one to customize.
  4. Under Brand Fonts, click Upload a font. We support OTF, TTF, and WOFF formats.
  5. Choose the file to upload, and click Open.
  6. You will be asked if you have license/rights to use the font. Click Yes, upload away! to confirm that you do.

Wait for the upload to finish. A pop-up message will say if it’s successful or not. See this article if your font doesn’t upload.

You can upload up to 100 fonts per account. Set defaults for headings, subheadings, and body text by editing your brand fonts.

Uploaded fonts will appear at the top of the list from the editor when adding text to designs.
